I got this plant from @MikeB back in June.
The curly cilia are what really got me.

Yeah, B52 grows a lot of traps with long cilia. If you give it enough light, the cilia can be hot pink.

I am actually growing it under a yescom right now but it hasn't been doing much for coloration(which is what I bought it for).

For prettier traps, I beleive that it is essential that you give it full sun outdoors.
Or, you'd have to buy an uber powerful growlight (much more powerful than Yescom).

My plants in full sun outdoors(12+ hours)are mostly green. I bought the yescom since people say they put really deep color into your traps. I am just experimenting growing indoors VFT with this B52.

Move it closer to the light and it will get more red :) This is my B52 division grown ~2 inches from a Yescom.

That's mega weird... mine is 5 inches away from the traps. It's the same 'blurple' color you have.

Light intensity is quadratic, so my plant is getting ~6 times as much light as your plant (5"/2")^2
You can experiment by stacking books under individual plants to see how they respond :)

Oo. I think I'll try to make it so that the plants almost touch the light to see how they do.

Yup, more light equals redder traps. Nice cilia color too!

Here is my B52's under a VivoSun 300W LED grow light. I have it mounted about 22" about the top of the flytraps. According to the documentation that came with the light, At this height the plant should be receiving about 500 par. The coloration is great. The light has two switches. One to control the veg. state and one to control the bloom state. I only run the veg. state at a light cycle that mimics the outdoor cycle and seasons. I hope this information can help you with your coloration. Cheers!

MaxVft is this the same plant pictured from the first post or a different one? If it is, it appears to be picking up more coloration!!! You can see the pink coloration in the cilia.

Yes, it is the same plant. I have also noticed it has been looking a lot more like the FTS pics! I didn't check on it for a few days and when I checked on it yesterday, there was a trap so deep in color it looked black on the inside  , I must be doing something right.
