are you on a phone or computer?
On a computer look up in the upper right hand corner where it says "Welcome, GrubbyBoat61606". Click on it and a small window should open up showing your avatar, username, email address, and a green link to your "control panel" (among other things). At the very top of that little window is a link which probably shows that you've got a private message...click on that link. From there you will probably see a PM from ChefDean...click on it and follow the prompts or whatever.

At the top of the menu you will see the "Welcome, GrubbyBoat 61606" link (like on a computer). Click on it and a menu showing messages (if you have any) that you need to read or reply to should appear. ChefDean's address will be found in a message there...mostly likely the title will begin "1195 Grubbyboat Requests...".
